Setup Day – clean/ prepare kitchen, clean/set tables, stand setup, ready the grounds, etc.

EVERYONE NEEDED for the BIG EVENT!!!  Please make arrangements for young children during your work shift.  Thank you!

Clean Up Day -- Clean grounds, kitchen, stands, store items, etc.

Please mark all items/bags with name of stand.  Donations may be dropped off in the church vestibule or the parish office during office hours.  May also drop off at stand day of the picnic.

Masses Fall Festival Weekend Include:

Saturday 5:00 p.m. at the picnic grounds

Sunday 7:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. in church

 

Dinners Fall Festival Day are served from

11:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

It helps everyone if you plan to eat at a time other than your shift.

Parishioners may park in Parish Parking (when available) or at the Knights of Columbus parking lot (if you are able).

 

Every effort has been made to be inclusive of all parish members.  If you cannot locate your name on the list & are capable of helping it was an oversight.  Please contact Teri or Pam (phone #s on first page) to find a spot for your talent.  We truly need & appreciate everyone helping to make this day a success!

 

Kitchen Workers:  please report to the central work station in the kitchen / dining hall to check in.

 

Stand Workers:  please report to your assigned job booth.  Contact your Head of Stand with any questions and/or concerns.
