After Care Lead
Job Summary
The Extended Care Lead provides supervision and support to staff responsible for students enrolled in the after-school extended care program. The Lead ensures a safe, nurturing, and structured environment for staff while engaging students in age-appropriate activities, assisting with homework, and promoting respectful behavior in line with the mission and values of the school.

Job Responsibilities

Supervise fellow staff and students in the extended care program during after-school hours.

Monitor and assist other Extended Care Staff.

Manage staff in organizing and leading indoor and outdoor activities, games, crafts, and quiet time.

Provide a safe and positive environment.

Monitor and assist staff as they support students with homework, snacks, and personal needs as appropriate.

Maintain accurate sign-in/sign-out procedures and attendance records.

Communicate effectively and respectfully with students, parents, and school staff.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the extended care space.

Assist in setting up and cleaning up daily activities and snacks, as needed.

Part-Time Housekeeper
Job Summary
St. Theodore Catholic Church is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Housekeeper to support our growing preschool and parish office. This is a unique opportunity to serve Jesus Christ through the quiet, behind-the-scenes care that helps create a clean, welcoming, and safe environment for our parish community.

This is a very part-time position, requiring approximately 3–4 hours per week during the school year. The schedule is one day per week, with cleaning completed outside of preschool hours—before school, after school, or on weekends—on a consistent weekly schedule.

Job Responsibilities

Clean classrooms, restrooms, parish offices, and hallways

Sweep and mop floors

Clean counters, sinks, toilets, and other surfaces

Empty trash and replace liners

Restock paper products and other supplies as needed

After Care Aides
Job Summary
The Aftercare Aide supports the mission and values of the Catholic school by providing a safe, nurturing, and faith-filled environment for students after regular school hours. The aide assists in supervising students, leading activities, and ensuring that all aftercare procedures are followed in accordance with school and diocesan guidelines.​

Substitute Teacher
Job Summary
A Substitute Teacher is responsible for teaching and supervising students in the absence of the regular teacher. They must follow lesson plans, manage classroom behavior, and ensure the safety and well-being of students. The substitute teacher helps maintain continuity in the educational process and may work across various grade levels and subject areas​

Classroom Instruction:
